The first Winner of new RAW Contest 2018

We are glad to introduce you our first winner of RAW Contest 2018 in Instagram.

The first topic of the Contest was "Lost Identity".

Owen Schumacher decided to take part in the challenge and eventually won. His work got the most votes, that gave him excellent chance to be featured at RAW Streetphoto Gallery, participate in Rotterdam Photo Festival next year and be exhibited at Gloss Gallery in Tel Aviv.

As it turned out later, he's a terrific comedian, but Owen is brilliant photographer as well. Here is what he told us about his winning work:

"I was making pictures at the Boulevard in Scheveningen when this man came running by. I walked on and reached Beelden aan Zee, a statue exhibition at the boulevard near the beach and all of a sudden I saw this runner with the glasses resting for a while. It looked as if he just had a battle with this ferocious dog or monster so I decided to catch this special moment. Although the focus is on the animal in the front, you can perhaps even see me in his mirrorglasses?"
