The works of Miroslav Cukovic explore the notions of language, structure, play and the space of in-between. Whether it is a print, artist book, collage, edition, object or an outdoor intervention, over the past 18 years, Cukovic has been developing an aesthetic language that reflects his interest in poetic moment, labor intensive meditative & repetitive process as well as duality of inside vs outside. A good dose of playfulness and curiosity as well as the potential that the space-in-between holds is also of great importance to the artist practice.
